I’ve been wielding brushes and rollers for over 25 years straight, starting as a fresh-faced 17-year-old apprentice. I was fortunate to be trained by two of Hamilton’s finest painters at the time. Those early days didn’t just teach me how to cut a straight edge, they handed me a toolbox of life skills I use daily even now - both professionally and personally alike.

I’m pretty proud of the team I’ve got beside me at JB Decorators. We're developed over the last 8 years into a tight-knit crew of 6 core professionals who expertly know their way around a brush, plus a trusty collaboration of another 10 painters we call on for the big gigs. We’re the Avengers of painting-powered by precision, skill, and our real heroes: loyal clients (no capes or spandex needed).

When I’m not on the tools I’m a family guy chasing my two sons, often on a  bikes - be it mountain, dirt, or road.
